This patient is a 25 year old woman who is 5'4" and 128 lbs. Her breast were uneven and had drooped after pregnancy. She had a breast augmentation with a lift. She chose a smooth round high profile gel implant under the muscle. 375cc on the right and 350cc on the left to improve her asymmetry. *
