Louisville Cosmetic Surgery – Meet Our Staff
Simply stated...our Louisville cosmetic surgery office staff is second to none! With years of experience and having assisted thousands of Cosmetic Surgery patients, our staff understands the significance of your decision as you consider Cosmetic Surgery.
We are confident you will find our office staff very comforting and reassuring during your time with us. Our primary mission is to provide our most valuable asset, our patients, with the courteous, caring, and very professional experience you deserve before, during, and after your cosmetic surgery procedure. In order for you to get to know us a bit better, we have prepared these introductions.
Misty W:
Misty is our primary Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator and will be there for you from the time of your first contact with the office through your recovery. At the time of your consultation, after you have met with Dr. Corbett, Misty will go over fees, assist with financing options if needed, and schedule your procedure. At your pre-operative visit, Misty will cover all of the details of your procedure and make certain you have everything you need. Misty is also available to assist our patients with any Medi-Spa needs from injectable fillers to Botox to our prescription strength skin care lines.
Lyzah B, R.N.:
Lyzah is our R.N. and wears many hats in our office. Currently she leads our skin care program and is well versed in our prescriptions strength skin care product lines, facials and peels, derma-planing, and operates our Hair Laser. In addition, she is a trained injector for both Dysport and Botox as well as fillers such as Restylane, Perlane, and Juvederm. On the surgical side of our practice, Lyzah assists Dr. Corbett with patient follow up and in office procedures. Finally, working closely with Misty, Lyzah meets with all of our patients at their pre-operative visit in order to clarify your prescriptions, post-operative instructions, your pre-op "do's and dont's" and any medical questions you may have.
Ivy S.:
Ivy works primarily in our business office. She assists our patients in many ways such as appointment scheduling and insurance pre-approval. She integrates with Lyzah and Misty to ensure that your office visits, Medi-Spa experience and/or your surgical experience proceeds seamlessly.
Ellen C.:
Ellen's primary responsibility is the handling of insurance claims for our reconstructive breast patients. She is well versed in pre-certification as well as billing issues with the health insurance companies. In addition, Ellen is also well versed in all of our Cosmetic Surgical procedures and can assist you with any aspect of your desired procedure from your consultation through your recovery.
