Simply stated...our Louisville cosmetic surgery office staff is second to none! With years of experience and having assisted thousands of Cosmetic Surgery patients, our staff understands the significance of your decision as you consider Cosmetic Surgery.
We are confident you will find our office staff very comforting and reassuring during your time with us. Our primary mission is to provide our most valuable asset, our patients, with the courteous, caring, and very professional experience you deserve before, during, and after your cosmetic surgery procedure. In order for you to get to know us a bit better, we have prepared these introductions.
Mari : Mari is our Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator and will be there for you from the time of your first contact with the office through your recovery. After you have met with Dr. Corbett, Mari will provide you your surgical fees and assist with surgery scheduling. She will meet with you for your final pre-operative visit where she will give all the details you need for the day of surgery, your post-operative prescriptions and written instructions. After surgery Mari will be in contact with you at home to check on your progress.
Ellen : Ellen shares responsibility with Mari preparing you for your cosmetic procedures. She also handles those surgical procedures involving your health insurance (Breast Reductions and Breast Reconstruction). Ellen handles insurance pre-approval on your behalf and schedules your surgery. She provides you the details you need concerning the day of surgery, and will arrange for you to have your prescriptions and written post-operative instructions. Ellen submits all claims to your insurance for payment. All questions on insurance payments should be directed to Ellen.
Kris RN, BSN, RNFA: Kris assists Dr. Corbett in the Operating Room during all of his surgeries. She has over 20 years of OR experience and is familiar with all of Dr. Corbett’s procedures. Kris also leads our Laser Hair Removal program. She has over 5 years of experience with the laser and hundreds of satisfied patients making our Laser Hair Removal program one of the largest and most successful of its kind in Louisville.
