We are confident you will find our office staff very comforting and reassuring during your time with us. Our primary mission is to provide our most valuable asset, our patients, with the courteous, caring, and very professional experience you deserve before, during, and after your cosmetic procedure. In order for you to get to know us a bit better, we have prepared these introductions.
Juliet McKinney, Practice Manager
Juliet McKinney, Practice ManagerAs Practice Manager of Corbett Cosmetic Surgery, Juliet oversees the daily operations of both the Med Spa and surgical practice, ensuring patients receive exceptional care at every step of their journey. With over 10 years of experience in aesthetics — including more than 5 years in dermatology — she brings extensive expertise in surgical procedures, skincare, injectables, and advanced skin services.
Juliet works closely with Dr. Corbett and the clinical team on all aspects of surgery, from initial consultation through recovery, making her a trusted guide for patients throughout their experience. Her leadership and attention to detail set the standard for excellence across the practice, while her approachable style ensures patients feel supported and confident in their care. She is dedicated to empowering her team to deliver exceptional service from the first point of contact through every phase of the patient journey. Outside of work, Juliet enjoys fitness, traveling for music festivals, and spending time with her beloved fur baby, Carl.
Kristin McAllister, Patient Coordinator
Kristin McAllister brings a deep foundation of compassion, professionalism, and leadership to her role as Patient Coordinator at Corbett Cosmetic Surgery. With a nursing background rooted in neonatal intensive care, Kristin spent a decade (2007–2017) caring for the most fragile patients and supporting families through critical moments — experience that shaped her calm, reassuring presence and exceptional attention to detail.
After dedicating several years to raising her three daughters, Kristin joined the Corbett Cosmetic team in July 2025. She is often patient’s first point of contact — assisting with scheduling, answering questions, and guiding patients seamlessly through their experience with us. She is quickly becoming an expert in Corbett Cosmetic Surgery’s procedures, skincare treatments, and products, and is always eager to help patients feel informed, confident, and supported.
Kristin attended Milligan College in Johnson City, Tennessee, where she played collegiate soccer, and met her now husband of 17 years, Jake. She is deeply involved in her community — previously serving on the PTA board at a highly respected local elementary school, Stopher Elementary. Known for her warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine care for others, Kristin is truly our “calm in the storm.”
Kristin’s favorite procedure is Sculptra, and her go-to skincare product is ZO® Skin Health Daily Power Defense.
Outside of the office, Kristin stays busy cheering on her three daughters at their many activities. She enjoys sporting events, concerts, and anything fun. Along with her husband and three beautiful daughters she also shares her home with two dogs, Rudy and Rip, and Rex the bearded dragon.
Kristen Morgan, Nurse Practitioner
Kristen is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years experience in Nursing and 12 years as a Nurse Practitioner. She started injecting in 2021 and has since developed a love for all things aesthetic.
Kristen was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and received her undergrad at the University of Kentucky. She went on to receive her masters at the University of Louisville. She has a true talent for injectables and she loves making her patients feel like the best versions of themselves, inside and out.
She has been married for almost 13 years and they share two precious kiddos- Mollie Claire and Graham. In her free time she enjoys pickleball, the beach, lake days, and being a momma.
Chelsea Watterson, Nurse Injector, Surgical Nurse
Chelsea Watterson, Nurse Injector, Surgical NurseChelsea graduated from Galen Collage in 2016 with her bachelor’s in nursing. She assisted Dr. Corbett in the Operating room for nearly 7 years before transitioning to Corbett Cosmetic. Chelsea will be with you from the start of your plastic surgery journey and see it through until the very end. Her passion for her patients and her attention to detail is unmatched. Chelsea also received extensive training in injectables in 2022. For the last few years, she has been seeing the surgical patients and injecting. Some of her favorite treatments to perform are lip filler, sculptra, sculptra buttocks, cheek filler, undereye filler, and Dysport. Chelsea has been married to her high school sweetheart for 10 years, and together 19 years. They share two children, Delaney (4) and Drake (1).
Lanie Fritts, Licensed Aesthetician
Lanie Fritts, Licensed AestheticianLanie is our Skin Queen and has a passion for all things aesthetic. She holds an expert certification as an advanced acne specialist, as well as expert status with Skin Ceuticals and ZO Skincare. With over 10 years of experience in her field, she is extremely knowledgeable in the skincare industry. She will walk you through your skin transformation and be there for every step. With her BS in exercise physiology from the University of Louisville, she is dedicated to helping patients feel confident in their skin. She specializes in HydraFacial, Thermi-Smooth, Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, and much more. Lanie is a Louisville native and enjoys anything outdoors, and spending time with her loved ones.
